Haiyaa is a tool to help you build better resumes and manage your career. Use it honestly. Don't abuse it. We'll do our best to keep it running and improving. These terms govern the relationship between you and Haiyaa.
These terms apply to anyone who creates an account or uses Haiyaa at haiyaa.me. By using Haiyaa, you agree to these terms.
Haiyaa gives you access to Kai, an AI career companion that helps you build resumes, reframe your experience, and grow your career. The service includes a resume editor, PDF export, and (on Pro) job description tailoring, cover letter generation, and a public career profile.
Haiyaa is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and useful, but AI-generated content should always be reviewed by you before sending to employers. You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume.
Kai reframes and articulates your real experience. She never fabricates achievements, metrics, or roles you did not have. What you see in your resume is always grounded in what you told Kai.
That said — Kai is an AI. She can misunderstand, miss nuance, or produce output that needs editing. Always review what she writes.
The free tier lets you build one resume and download a PDF with a “Built with Haiyaa” footer. The free tier may change over time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that reduce free access.
Pro is billed monthly at the price shown at the time of purchase. Prices are in GBP.
The £4 one-time “Remove footer” purchase is per resume and non-refundable once the clean PDF has been generated.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The career information you share with Kai, and the resumes Kai generates for you, belong to you. You grant Haiyaa a limited licence to store and process your content in order to provide the service. We do not use your personal career data to train AI models.
We are a small team building a product we care about. To the extent permitted by UK law:
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, as required by UK law.
We may change, pause, or discontinue features of Haiyaa at any time. For material changes to Pro features, we will give at least 30 days' notice. For free tier changes, we will give reasonable notice.
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of Haiyaa after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
