Phase 2 — Career companion (building)
Career Journal & journey layer (core to the companion)
You’ll be able to log wins, progress, updates, and journal daily, weekly, or along a career path. Kai uses that to guide the next chapter of your story — not only the PDF.
That includes recommendations like:
- Skills to practise
- Course / upskilling upgrades
- Career-growth moves (roles, positioning, timing)
- Support when work stress is the real blocker — including therapy / wellbeing partners where it helps
Some recommendations will be fulfilled through trusted affiliate partners. Labelled and optional — better guidance, not spammy upsells.
Job search loop
- Mock interviews against the JD you applied for
- Job / application tracker with nudges
- Rejection coaching (“what to fix next”)
- Offer negotiation support
Memory
Kai should eventually remember your arc so you’re not re-onboarding every six months. Journal + resume + applications feed that memory.

No — Phase 1 is live and paid. Phase 2 is sequenced work, not a pitch deck fantasy.

Are affiliate course/therapy recs the business model?
They’re one companion monetisation path alongside Pro. The resume wedge remains the core paid product for now.
